SoonDay! is a Swiss brand that focuses on the romantic and original sense of the term Street Life.
The Seil Bag is not a new concept, although it appears more effective than previous proposals. The signals emitted by the LEDs of the pack are controlled by a device located on the handle (like a stick shift) and has very simple commands. It’s a shame that if you stop seeing popularized the cyclists making a fuss and choreography to turn a corner, but you know: the technological evolution doesn’t have to be fun.
Lee Myung Su also is developing a smartphone application with which we can design our own signals and/or messages for people who are behind us. Nothing spectacular, sure but an animation of Gandalf saying “you can’t pass!” …would be fine for us).
For now the Seil Bag is a project. You can support it on Kickstarter, has lacks a long way to come true and we think worth it. Check out the video and let us know.
